I’m an advocate of cooking and prepping foods because I believe it’s one of the best things you can do for your health.

You have more control over the ingredients in food when you’ve made it yourself. And research shows that people who make most of their own food eat healthier overall.

But, making healthy meals at home does NOT need to be complicated or overwhelming. In fact, I always say if it feels that way, you’re doing it wrong!

I want to help you simplify making healthy meals at home, and this 3-day meal plan and recipe guide is an example of how easy it can be to do just that. I’ll also show you how to do some basic meal prep to make it feel even easier and less stressful to eat healthy at home.

The focus is on eating real, whole foods, most of them made and prepped by you, and never labeling your diet.
