When it comes to getting on track with or moving forward with healthier lifestyle choices, it can sometimes feel a bit…overwhelming. There is a LOT of information out there and a lot of it is contradictory.

Today I’m simplifying how to get started with healthier lifestyle choices and giving you 3 game changing tips for more healthy lifestyle success. These 3 tips have come from my 8-year experience as a health coach, yoga instructor, group fitness instructor, and passion for healthy living and holistic health advocacy.

In this video, I’ll walk you through each of these 3 tips and give you examples of how you can begin to implement them right away.

And don’t worry, you don’t need to implement all 3 right away if you’re just getting started. The last thing I want you to feel about living a healthier lifestyle is overwhelm (because stress is stress no matter what causes it, and I want to help you decrease and manage your stress, not add more to your life!).
