I've purchased one of your courses, now what?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with links to download your material. PLEASE DO AN INBOX SEARCH if you don’t see your emails.

Alternatively, you can login to your account using your email and the password you set during checkout. Courses are available in your downloads.

I don't know my username.

Your username is the email you used during the checkout process.

I don't have my password.

Click here to have a temporary password emailed to you.

I purchased a course but do not have an account.

I don't see my videos in my downloads!

The average course video is 20-40 minutes long (lots of great content for you!) and is hosted on a video service so that you can access it immediately (with no download time). Once you have completed your purchase, please check Your Account Downloads for access information.

I'm not getting my emails...
