    Your gut is pretty cool and amazing. In fact, many people in the wellness space today believe that health begins in the gut.

    I’ve been obsessed with gut health for a number of years now. When I was in my late 20s, I took a pretty strong round of antibiotics for a month. Throw into the mix years of taking birth control pills, stress, an unhealthy diet, low fiber intake and too much coffee, sugar and wine, and my gut was in a pretty bad place. I had a LOT of digestive symptoms: gas, bloating and constipation. 

    It took me a few years and a lot of trial and error, but now I can say that my gut is as healthy as I can ever remember it being. Life is a lot better without unpleasant digestive symptoms. They were truly affecting my quality of life in so many ways and keeping me from doing things I love which is why I want to help others who are dealing with similar issues. I’ve been there.
