Finally, it’s the holiday season! And just in time for holiday shopping, I’ve curated The Southern Well Being’s 2018 Holiday Gift Guide which is full of gifts that I know will bring joy and feelings of well being to anyone on your list. And of course we all know how good it feels to give.

I’ve included different items on this list for every price point to make it easier on you. I’ve also broken the list down into a few categories to help you identify where your giftee falls, to make it even easier to pinpoint the perfect gift for them.

Honest Hazel Eye Gels | These eye gels are the perfect self care treat for tired eyes. They’re made with powerful natural ingredients and they not only soothe and refresh the delicate under-eye area, but they also reduce puffiness and smooth fine lines and wrinkles. They’re just as soothing and dreamy as they sound.

PYT Beauty No BS Eyeshadow Palette | This eyeshadow palette has been my go-to for the last few months for daytime looks, nighttime looks, and anything in between. It includes four matte and four shimmer shades that flatter every skin tone, and the combinations are endless. But what I love most about this palette is that it comes with a little guide that tells you exactly what to put where on your eyes, which is so great for those of us who aren’t makeup wizards. And the products are all formulated without BS (bad stuff like parabens, phthalates, or petroleum). Note: Get 35% off your order now through Sunday, December 2nd with discount code CYBERWEEK.

Smoke Perfume & Co. Night Cloud Eau De Parfum | Based in New Orleans, Smoke Perfume & Co. is a botanical perfume and lifestyle brand founded by a massage therapist and aromatherapist who understands and appreciates the power of scent. The scents are all produced with no synthetics. My favorite scent for this season is Night Cloud, which was created to invoke the feeling of the nighttime in New Orleans with notes of lavender, allspice, oak moss, and sandalwood. It’s an ethereal, seductive scent – much like a night in New Orleans. Note: use code TSWB10 for 10% off your order.

Celavive Skin Care | I love this skincare line so much! I have very sensitive skin, and this is the only skincare line I’ve found so far that doesn’t cause my perioral dermatitis to break out (PD is red bumps around your nose and mouth). The Celavive line uses targeted nutrient combinations and powerful peptides to support your body’s own natural lipid production. It leaves my skin feeling hydrated and glowing. There is both a dry/sensitive pack and a combination/oily pack available, but I combine the two lines for my own unique daily skincare regimen.

Instant Pot Multi-Use Programmable 6-in-1 Cooker | This gift is any healthy foodie/home chef’s dream appliance. It can be used to quickly cook beans and grains in less than 10 minutes, to steam or sauté veggies, to slow cook a hearty stew or one pot meal, and so much more. It has officially taken over the title of “most used kitchen appliance” in my home.

Four Sigmatic Mushroom Hot Cacao Mix With Reishi | A gift for the person who’s looking for more zen in his or her life, this chocolatey treat has become my afternoon ritual. It’s also perfect for an after dinner treat, since reishi mushrooms help to support occasional stress and restful sleep. The cinnamon and cardamom in this hot cacao mix make it taste even more special.

USANA Health Sciences BOOSTER C600 | These lemon-berry power packets are my go-to seasonal immune support supplement. I use it as needed (it’s not a daily supplement) but I always have a box on-hand in case Brandon or I start to feel run down or like we’re coming down with something. This supplement is loaded with all my favorite immune boosting ingredients: zinc, elderberry, vitamin C, and high-quality echinacea, and it contains no artificial sweeteners, colors, or flavorings.

Class Pass At A Local Studio | A month of unlimited classes at your giftee’s favorite yoga or fitness studio (or a new studio, if they’re looking for a change!) is a sure way to any health queen’s heart. Just make sure your giftee understands the terms of the class pass, like when it starts, when it expires, and if all classes that the studio offers are included.

Hat Attack Sparkle Beanie | To be completely honest, this is one of the few items that made my holiday gift list that I don’t already own or haven’t tried yet myself. But I’ve been stalking it nonstop the past week or so…Santa, I hope you’re reading this! This sparkle beanie is neutral enough to go with any cold weather outfit, and would complement almost any hair color. I’m seriously obsessed with this beanie.

Ugg Coquette Slipper | This is the other item that I don’t own myself, but I’ve been coveting these slippers since last Christmas! I even gifted my mom and my mother in law with these last year and they both talk about how wonderfully comfy they are (maybe one of them will realize I’m dying for a pair myself this year). As far as comfort and warmth goes, I’m simply convinced you can’t beat Uggs. And bonus points for the fact that you can wear these outside.

Spanx Faux Leather Leggings | My favorite pair of leggings that I’ve been living in this season! These leggings are both comfy and stylish (you can’t go wrong with faux leather). And, they’re kind of a big deal in the Instagram world this season, which I guess makes it official.

American Eagle Fuzzy Sherpa Hoodie | Cozy, cute, fuzzy…is anything else important during the coldest days of winter?! This hoodie is the stuff that cuddly winter days are made of.

The Five-Minute Journal By Intelligent Change | I’ve been a daily journaler for a few years now, and I can’t get over what a game changer it is. As a health coach, it’s something I recommend to everyone I work with. Jotting down a few sentences in the morning or at night about your intentions for the day, the most important things you need to do, and what you’re grateful for can literally change your vibration, making you feel more focused and clear. This journal has prompts for you to use, making it easier if you’re new to journaling.

An Inspirational New Book | A strong commitment to personal growth and development has been a huge part of my journey towards greater self love and healing. I wrote an article listing 9 of my top book recommendations for someone who is either starting on a self love journey, or someone who’s already been doing the work. Check out  my list and pick the one that sounds the most like something your giftee would enjoy.

Sacred Copal Incense Sticks | My husband and I both fell in love with copal years ago during a trip to the Mayan Riviera in Mexico. Copal has been used since ancient times in Mexico and Central and South America, to purify energy and remove energetic blockages. It’s also helpful to use during times of stress as it’s known to help shift the mindset towards a more positive way of thinking and feeling.

doTERRA Balance Essential Oil | Pausing a few times throughout my day to take three calming deep breaths in and out is a practice that I do regularly, and I always try to keep essential oils handy to bring in even more feelings of peacefulness. This lovely grounding blend is one of my favorites to use for this practice. I feel a sense of calm and peacefulness come over me right away when I use it. A few drops in a hot bath is always a good idea, too.
