How does the payment plan work?

Your first payment is due upon enrollment in Wellness For Weight Loss. The remaining 4 payments will automatically be deducted from your card every remaining month.

What is your return policy?

Hi there!

I’m Elizabeth, and I’m an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a practicing yogi, a wellness blogger, a recipe developer and course creator at elizabethfinchwellness.com.

Since 2012, I’ve coached hundreds of women both in-person and through online programs, on how to create a lifestyle of healthier daily habits, balance and freedom from dieting and restriction.

As a mom of two daughters and a woman who has worked hard to free myself from restricted eating and dieting obsession, I’m passionate about sharing all I’ve learned around creating this diet-free lifestyle of health, balance and joy.
