This Yogurt Breakfast Bowl With Peanut Butter and Banana has it all — salty, sweet, creamy and crunchy. But the best part? It’s so good for you!

This bowl has all the macronutrients: fiber, protein and some good fat.

There’s fiber from the banana, flaxseed and whole grain cereal, protein from the Greek yogurt and some good fat in the peanut butter. It’s all there.

And for those of you who are busy and rushed in the mornings (which basically means everyone, right?), all you have to do to put this yogurt breakfast bowl together is literally to toss it all into a bowl. That’s it! I honestly can’t think of a more hands’ off breakfast prep.

A few notes about this yogurt breakfast bowl: firstly, you can use any whole grain cereal you like. Just make sure it’s got some fiber and is lower in sugar. I really love the Nature’s Path Organic Heritage Flakes, they’re delicious and crunchy.

Secondly, any peanut butter will work, but I like to go for one that’s a little thinner in consistency, which makes it easier to drizzle. The Classic Creamy peanut butter from Wild Friends is one of my favorites for this.

Finally, if you want this bowl to be a little bit sweeter, I suggest sprinkling a little bit of stevia over the top, or honey. My favorite sweetener for yogurt bowls and oats is the Sukrin Gold natural stevia brown sugar. I even use it in my green tea and it dissolves nicely.
